Guests of Chota Falls Estate’s wedding, business and social events have enjoyed Arlene’s upscale twists on hearty fare, like her Dutch-Encrusted Kahlua Sweet Potato. One attendee, a cattle rancher, declared her Beef Bourbon Peppercorn unforgettable.
