2-Day Weekend Breakdown – Base price includes:
- Friday Night, All Day Saturday, depart Sunday Morning
A two-day true celebration and reunion where the new friends and family members meet and gather - Unique Ceremony Venues: Wedding Chapel Ceremony OR 100-foot Waterfall Ceremony (only venue in Georgia with a real waterfall and wedding chapel),
- Ceremony & Reception 5 hours
- Elegant Bridal Dressing Room, a spacious photographic dressing area with a full kitchen that accommodates the bridal party and mothers.
- Reception Venue for up to 100 people (can accommodate up to 250 people with additional pricing per person)
- Rehearsal Dinner for up to 50 people
- Rehearsal Dinner 2 hours
- In-house PROFESSIONAL COORDINATING, PLANNING, AND SERVICE TEAM: Our in-house Wedding Director & Creative Design Director, along with experienced staffing, will uniquely design & create your event and cuisine
- On-Site Lodging Accommodations including 3 Villas for two nights (sleeps 24 people combined)
NOTE: Additional on-site lodging is available for up to 24 additional people (priced accordingly).
Unlike many other properties, it also includes:

- Set up, tear down, clean up for ceremony, reception and rehearsal dinner
- Dinnerware
- Black or white linens
- Round tables and Chiavari chairs
- Outdoor Fans and Heaters
- Weather backup plans with indoor heating and air
- Cutting of the wedding cake

NOTE: Food, Bar/Bartending (Alcoholic beverages BYO), and Florals/Décor are priced separately. Food menus are coordinated through Chota Falls Food in-house Coordinator Florals and decor are also in-house Creative Design Director and designer. DIY or outside vendor is not allowed. All planning and coordination is also in-house, with Chota Falls Wedding Director.
