F or your wedding guests who choose to stay overnight at Chota Falls Estate, we offer on-site guest accommodations. If you require additional lodging, we can recommend accommodations in Clayton, just ten minutes away.

Places To Stay On-Site
Penthouse Suite
Scenic and secluded, this suite is located on the top floor of our Villa Maria building. (An elevator gives you direct access from the first floor of Villa Maria’s event space.)
Vintners Cottage/
Champagne Suite
Located on the second floor of the Vintners Cottage, the Champagne Suite accommodates two guests featuring a king bedroom.
Bella Vista Lodge
At five-thousand square feet, the Bella Vista Lodge is our largest guest house, offering five bedrooms and five private bathrooms, a gathering room, wrap-around deck and recreation room.
Villa Rosa Cottage
Located near the event building, this two bedrooms and two bathrooms, Villa Rosa Cottage can host up to six guests.
Vineyard Villa
The Vineyard Villa has three comfortably appointed suites and two queen bedrooms, all with private baths, for a total capacity of ten guests (can accommodate sixteen guests when sleeper sofas are utilized).
Chianti Suite
Accommodating five guests, the Chianti Suite occupies the lower level of the Vintners Cottage.
Carriage House
This charming rustic home features a kitchen, family area and a porch with outdoor swings for relaxing in the fresh mountain air.
